- We have free delivery for all orders
within Saudi Arabia. - If no one is available to pick up the
order, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery date or get
additional information about receiving your order from the delivery company. If
you cannot receive your order on your first delivery attempt, you may have to
pay an additional delivery fee for any other delivery attempt. We process the product only after 24 hours,
following the regulations provided by the Ministry of Commerce and the customer
is not entitled to cancel the order after these 24 hours - For cash on delivery orders, a fee of 25
riyals is charged upon delivery. - Orders involving special products (if
any) may take longer. - The company has the right to cancel the
order in the event of a technical error on the site resulting in a change in
the price of the product where one of the company representatives will either
contact you for instructions or cancel your order and inform you accordingly.
The site has the right to refuse or cancel any such order even if the order has
been confirmed or the price has been deducted from your credit card and the
Company shall bear all fees to return the full amount to your account. - The maximum duration to connect the
demand to the customer is 14 days from the date of request and bypass this period
the customer is entitled to cancel the order and the site is obliged to return
the amount to the customer. - For orders outside the kingdom of Saudi
Arabia only customs duties may be imposed. - Delivery charges and orders outside the
kingdom of Saudi Arabia occur in the shopping basket prior to payment by each
state and geographic location. We have the right for any reason to cancel
an order, including but not limited to the unavailability of inventory or in
case of suspicion of fraud, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm
all the details of the order before it is prepared. In case of change of delivery address,
